Same referral, simpler process.
There’s a new starting point for referring a friend for a job at Cox, but the Employee Referral Program’s benefits are still the same: Payments start at $500 and go up to $7,500 for some hard-to-fill roles — and the pride of bringing someone on board who can help us build a better future.

Exciting new changes.
You’ll see a few changes to our Employee Referral Program guidelines:
- Referrals are now tied to applicants and not specific jobs. So, if you are the first employee to refer a friend and they apply for a job, you will receive the bonus associated with any position they are hired for over the next six months.
- We’ve brought Canada into the program! Both Canada- and U.S.-based employees can now refer candidates for roles in the U.S. or Canada.
