What you’ll do:
The Cox Prosight RTLS Sales Director will make an immediate impact and develop new opportunities in the Hospital RTLS market. With your abilities leverage cutting edge infrastructure, innovative use cases available today and in the future for client targets. The Cox Prosight Sales Executive will be a key part of the team working to build the business and drive revenue growth.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Cox Prosight has been building our solutions, brand and pipeline and now we are ready to add experienced RTLS solution sellers to the team to help our prospective customers achieve their goals. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of IoT platform solutions for Healthcare, the technologies available in the space the benefits of BLE for RTLS. The fast pace, solid pipeline is exciting to this candidate who is as self-starter, and highly motivated to quickly connect with C-Suite decision makers and stakeholders to advance prospective clients to customers benefitting from Cox Prosight solutions.
Identify, develop, and close new hospital RTLS opportunities
Advance targets in pipeline through developing relationships with C-level/Decision Makers
Serve as the recognized subject matter expert of RTLS solutions. Develop an external presence on social media and industry events through participation and leadership.
Continually learn and implement best-in-class sales, customer support, functional, technical and strategic best practices both with customers and internal stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Engage and activate targets in pipeline for solution development
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Define the account strategy for all customers and collaborates with the broader team to execute plans and tactics
- Uncover and cultivate new sales opportunities both with assigned customers and with prospective new customers, generating proposals and partnering with Customer Success for an exemplary customer experience
- Partner with Marketing to develop and execute appropriate campaigns to drive awareness and interest with both new prospects and existing customers
- Partner interdepartmentally to maximize sales and customer engagement. Work with marketing and product development teams to ensure the voice of the customer is front and center as we evaluate new features and offerings for our customers as well as current product-set viability.
- Collaborate with Executive Leaders to develop Strategic direction and Alignment of Sales and Product offerings.
- Complete required training and individual development objectives
- Follow established Sales and CRM reporting methodology
- Travel to tradeshows and customer accounts.

Who you are:
7+ years of successful sales experience in complex, C-Suite, accessing executive decision maker
Ideal candidate has recent RTLS Healthcare solution selling experience and a record of sales achievement
Customer focused solution selling experience and proven results uncovering customers, solid understanding of decision-making process to advance the sale and help the client achieve their goals
Strong experience selling against competitive pressure
Proven prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge and experience using CRM to track leads and deal status
Strong understanding of business acumen
Strong sales and negotiation/strategic prudence
Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
Superior client relationship skills and ability to focus on multiple clients needs simultaneously
Proficient Microsoft Office products (MS Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint)
Astute ability to accurately advise company on market trends and opportunities.
Experienced RTLS sales executive with a proven track record of successful outcomes in all aspects of professional sales
Driven self-starter who is focused, passionate, strategic, super self-assured, highest integrity
High intellectual horsepower
Has been on the inside of high growth organizations
Has dealt with rapid growth, dynamic business, lots of reinvention/change, can roll with fluidity and trial and error
- Compensation includes a base salary of $129,200.00 - $193,700.00. The salary rate may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or and incentive program.
