We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Aircraft Scheduler/Dispatcher.  

This individual will assist with organizing, planning, and overseeing of all company aircraft scheduling. Ensure compliance with FAR’s and ICAO flight standards and regulations for each flight. Communicate with executives, flight crews, FBO’s and third-party providers on the most recent schedule and logistical needs.

Responsibilities : This position will report to the Director of Flight Coordination and will work closely with corporate Dispatchers and flight crews ensuring executive travel requests are met in a safe and expedient manner. Some of the include, but are not limited to the following:

Organize and oversee all scheduling and planning of company aircraft, assist with reconciling all flight department expenditures, monitor the progress of all company aircraft through established flight-following procedures.  Ensure crews, maintenance department and executives are aware of the latest company aircraft schedule. Obtain current fuel pricing; log flight records and crew training into TP.Biz software. Meet and greet arriving passengers and assist with their needs. Schedule and confirm hotel accommodations, ground transportation and catering services.

Assist the Director of Flight Coordination with crew scheduling, maintaining crew currency and valid medical certificates. Ensure that all flights are conducted with the approved company SMS program and FAR’s. Assist with compiling the department’s annual budget and perform other duties as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • FAA Dispatchers license

  • Associate Degree in aviation field

  • Aviation career minded individual looking for long term employment

  • Ability to work a variable schedule to support a 24/7 operation

  • Ability to work flex shift hours with some weekend on-call coverage possible.

  • Strong communications skills compatible with executive level management a must.

  • Solid computer and organizational skills with excellent decision making abilities required.

  • Comprehensive understanding of weather theory, systems and abbreviated aviation weather reports with previous flight planning is required.

  • This position must sit in our Atlanta office.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree- preferred concentration in Aviation management

  • Familiar with Tripplanning.Biz software

  • Familiar with dispatching Gulfstream G280 and G650 aircraft (Domestic & International)
