Lead of Change Enablement will work within the Change/Operations Implementation team supporting efforts in change implementation related to existing operational processes, implementation of new products and system enhancements. This position will work collaboratively with the Operations Deployment and support as well as operating location teams.  

General Responsibilities:  

  • Provide change operational support in the field  

  • Partner and work collaboratively with business teams to support implementation efforts in support of newly created processes & tools 

  • Work directly with auctions to support the awareness and guide implementation of new products and services 

  • Sustain relationships with internal corporate teams such as Deployment, IT, Customer Care, Product, HR and Training. 

  • Provide input to process improvements for the field operations and training/quality teams 

  • Work to build auction engagement, adherence to best practice in simplified user functionality, and continuous improvements based on location feedback. 

  • Support deployment planning and associated communications   

  • Assist manager with special projects as needed  


  • Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills 

  • Solid and demonstrated excellence with communication initiatives, creating internal awareness 

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to work with team members, senior management and consultants 

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills along with organizational skills and the ability to manage different priorities 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results 

  • Creative and strategic thinker with good judgment and can work in changing environments 

  • Team player attitude, able to work collaboratively with and through others 

  • Smart, savvy and a quick study with excellent interpersonal skills 


  • BA/BS degree in a related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and related work experience 


  • 3+ years’ experience in internal or employee communications  

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools  

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle  

  • Demonstrated expertise in working with multiple groups across the organization, including senior Management, leveraging flexibility and superior decision making is preferred  

  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse and complex projects and programs  

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and SharePoint is required; knowledge and experience with external e-mail clients (Email Open) is preferred
