Description

Snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • You will provide support to the CFI team around ID&E business operations.
  • You will develop a firm understanding of the Center for Inclusion (CFI) objectives, operational processes, and governing principles.
  • You will help develop a cross-divisional ID&E Collision Calendar (Employee Resource Groups, Corporate Social Responsibility, Public Affairs, ID&E Councils, University Relations, etc.)
  • You will help develop processes to ensure data privacy while also helping ERGs achieve their membership goals
    • Opt Out messaging and functionality
    • Opt In features (Employee Spotlights, Speakers Panels, Volunteerism, etc.)
  • You will help develop an ID&E Playbook (on-demand, scalable content)
  • You will help audit ID&E websites to ensure up-to-date and accurate messaging and content
  • You will help leverage existing technology platforms to help improve the flow of communications across CFI and ID&E Ecosystem.
  • You will help support the Inclusion Activation Calendar
  • You will analyze workflow processes and troubleshoot issues, roadblocks or areas ready for efficiencies/effectiveness
  • You will develop actionable insights and exercise sound business judgment
