Description
- Become familiar with employee relief fund, disability, and medical programs and their business goals, objectives and needs
- Perform audit of database systems for accurate recording and reporting
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Perform research and analysis in support of operations
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Manipulate and interpret data using Excel; use data to support recommendations and reporting for our plans and programs
- Review and update marketing materials and employee communications
- Assist fellow team members by partnering on various reporting, analysis, projects, and campaigns.
- May perform additional projects upon request
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze data
- Database experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Solid critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
