Description
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Business Management, or other related degree program
- Has a natural curiosity and takes initiative to dig under the surface to uncover data trends and insights through research tactics
- Able to translate technical findings to the larger team in a manner that is easily understandable to those less experienced with analytics
- Possesses Strong Communication (both oral and written), analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibits excellent organization skills, attention to detail, methodical approach and is multi-task oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in telecom, business process improvement, or change management is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Internship position is located in Atlanta, GA; Cox Communications does not provide a housing allowance
Responsibilities
- This role will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on ideas and solutions that impact operational results
- Develop reports/ data solutions across multiple data sources to track pain points and opportunities with our user groups
- Perform complex analysis of data, identify trends, and translate data into meaningful insights to drive adoption of tools and behaviors
- Help automate manual tracking processes into repeatable automated capabilities
- Prepare presentations, reports and/or visualizations of data trends and areas of opportunity
- Research best practices for Salesforce in-app guidance programs and assist with the implementation playbook
