We are seeing a highly skilled experience Sr. Process and Data Effectiveness Analyst responsible for supporting the strategy of the data effectiveness framework and environment that will be used to measure how well a process is performing in terms of delivering the desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and proactively monitoring effectiveness measures, KPIs and metrics to ensure that business processes are not falling short, are aligned with organizational goals, are executed efficiently, and deliver value to Technology stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Executes the strategy for the effective use of data within Technology to identify KPIs and metrics that highlight the effectiveness of business processes.  

  • Supports the design and implementation of an architecture that enables efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis, ensuring data quality and consistency. 

  • Integrates data from various sources to create a comprehensive view of the organization's business operations.  

  • Uses basic and in some cases, advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from data to make data-driven decisions.  

  • Develops and implements process metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of processes. 

  • Develops and maintains metrics, KPIs, dashboards and reports that provide insights to stakeholders and supports the proactive monitoring of process effectiveness.  

  • Works closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to provide them with the insights they need to make informed decisions regarding business process effectiveness.  

  • Continuously monitors performance metrics and adjusts processes as needed to ensure that they are aligned with organizational goals. 

  • Recommends process improvement initiatives based on data insights. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including process owners, managers, and stakeholders, to identify opportunities for improvement and to implement changes. 

  • Works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management plans to ensure that changes to processes are deployed in a consistent, timely fashion that manages risk, minimizes disruptions, and provides a framework for successful implementation. 

  • Monitors process performance metrics to ensure ongoing optimization and improvement and making necessary adjustments as needed. 

  • Leverages technology tools, solutions, and performance results to improve process automation, workflow management, and data analytics to support business process design and improvement. 



• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field 

  • Strong technical background to effectively manage data and processes within an organization. 

  • Experience in data management, data warehousing, data modeling, and database administration.  

  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data architectures that support business objectives, including data modeling, schema design, and ETL processes. 

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala is typically required. Familiarity with SQL is also important. 

  • Proficiency with data management and data visualization tools and software. 

  • Experience in developing data pipelines that move data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes. 

  • Knowledge of data quality and governance best practices, including data cleansing, data validation, and data privacy and security. 

  • Experience in business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile.  

  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, insights that can be used to improve business processes. 

  • Experience defining and developing KPIs and metrics to make informed decisions from the results. 

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives. They should be able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to communicate complex ideas and data analysis results to both technical and non-technical audiences is a must.  

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong knowledge of the industry with familiarity with industry trends, and best practices related to process improvement and automation. 


  • Experience with data warehousing technologies such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake is also desirable. 

  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is highly desirable. 

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. 

Travel may be required on average from 10% to 15%, but could be as high as 25%, as business dictates, to and from Atlanta and all Cox locations for team collaboration meetings, meetings with Senior Leadership and/or training opportunities when Telepresence facilities are either not available or conducive to the work effort involved.
