JOB SUMMARY:
The Office 365 and Exchange implementation engineer will support organizations in their effort to migrate into Office 365 and or upgraded Exchange. The successful candidate will have significant knowledge of Office 365 platform and MS Exchange, services, and associated configurations. The Office 365 and Exchange implementation engineer will provide consultation and hands-on implementation support to Office 365 and Exchange migrations including design, architecture, configuration, migration best practices, and strategies to support Office 365 operational KPIs. Key responsibilities include technical implementation of Office 365 and support of the Office 365 tenant, working with team members to develop the solution path for migration from on-premises solution to Office 365 operating in cloud. The Office 365 Admin and Exchange implementation engineer will support the Project Manager in gathering and analyzing requirements, solution design, and execute the migration, while delivering high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills. They will work very closely with Solutions Engineers, Senior Cloud Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and the Project Management Office (PMO) for all new customer implementations. The position will be a key factor in providing a great customer experience pre and post implementation.

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Technical documentation: creating and maintaining
•    Microsoft Windows Clustering
•    Migrating various business units to single, Office 365 environment.
•    Microsoft Office 365’s Cloud suite including Office, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
•    Implementing Microsoft ADFS, Azure AD connect
•    Engineering Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
•    Engineering Single sign on (SSO)
•    Working with Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 and Exchange Hybrid servers, Exchange Online
•    VMware
•    Active Directory
•    Windows Server 2003 – 2016
•    Mimecast
•    Exchange Online Protection
•    Intune and Teams Voice experience a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Project management experience implementing and maintaining Office 365 and MS Exchange solutions. Hands on administration experience with Microsoft Office 365 cloud technologies, such as, Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice, and Intune. Stays up to date on O365 changes MS releases around each M365 product including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Lead activities around O365 licensing, experience in managing user access and counts. Develop, Maintain and update O365 governance documentation with O365 product owners. Maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage\support the O365 environment for multiple apps--Azure, SharePoint, Groups. Partners with IT and other workgroups for the integration of applications that support Office 365 solutions. Provides training on O365 solution offerings, as well as IT orientation and security training. Assists staff with troubleshooting complex technical issues experienced by internal and external customers. Provides system support and maintains uptime as defined within the IT acceptable standards. Performs application maintenance, e.g., system parameters, user permissions, etc. Addresses production issues experienced by O365 users.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

EDUCATIONAL & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
•    6 years’ experience in a related field with BA/BS OR 4 years’ experience with MS OR 1 years’ experience with PH.D OR 10 years’ experience in a related field without degree
•    Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    Apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope, requiring in-depth evaluation as well as the ability to identify problems in advance, and propose solutions.
•    Require limited supervision and direction; drive results and set priorities independently.
•    Ability to work on a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule

NEEDED ATTRIBUTES:
•    A proven level of experience with Exchange 2010,2013,2016 and Exchange Hybrid servers
•    A proven level of competence with Windows servers, Active Directory, ADFS
•    Ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in managing technical projects
•    Excellent communication skills.
•    Experience with project management.
•    Proficiency in computer usage, internet, and Microsoft Office suite of applications.

INTER-RELATIONSHIPS:
Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform assignments autonomously. This position will require working with several departments and different personalities.

Compensation includes a base salary of $105,700.00 - $176,100.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the Company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness for their own wellness or that of family members.  Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
