SNT is seeking a motivated and accomplished Industrial Engineer who will be part of the Process team.

The team is responsible for designing new processes, ramping, and improving business-critical new product lines through collaboration with operations, Logistics, Business, and sales teams.

A successful candidate must be a professional problem solver, data-driven, with a quality and customer mindset, and have the personal drive and stamina for relentless, continual improvement (personally and professionally). 

The position will be based on the OKC site of SNT. If need a selected candidate might need to assist another facility in US and Europe.

Responsibilities :

• Generates process documentation and reports.

• Conducts risk assessments and develops Process flow, PFMEA, and Control plan.
• Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows in place.
• Evaluates data to implement improvements in production processes.
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications.
• Provides thorough instructions for the successful implementation of process changes.
• Designs facility layout and personnel requirements for production operations.
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • BA/BS plus 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.  

• Excellent analytical skills with Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with computers and good knowledge of using Excel for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just in Time (JIT) strategizing
• Familiarity with using Value stream mapping (VSM) and doing cycle time analysis
• Strong attention to detail, and it is preferred to have experience in Value stream mapping.
• Proven ability to identify gaps in the system and assess and solve problems.
• Knowledge of process engineering simulation software ( Eg: flexsim ), Visio, Lucid chart and
• Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations
• Experience in MySQL is an added advantage
