Job Description:
- Resolve issues with customers as they are presented either upon discovery or in response to a client call.
- Work exception queues identified by the system.
- Resolve exceptions by completing documentation, submitting to the state , and or working with the clients
- Request power of attorney (POA) From clients.
- Complete title validation.
- Monitor aged titles, calling clients on vehicle title status, updating title status is title vault.
- Receive payments, including tax payments, from customers for vehicle registration and titling transactions.
- Provide assistance to clients by responding to emails and return phone calls from Clients and Client Services.
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED

Generally, less than 2 years of experience

Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Physical Demands:

Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.

Bending and light lifting 10 lbs. or less required.

Extensive detailed handwritten and computer work.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is $18.80 - $28.27/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
