Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Strategic Process Design & Improvement Senior Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid role and offers a flexible work-from-home/in-office schedule.
The Role:
The Strategic Process Design & Improvement Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting strategic, operational, and efficiency projects in collaboration with multiple business units across the Cox Automotive (CAI) Ecommerce solution, which is the auto industry's first fully automated, scalable B2B2C ecommerce platform for automotive retailers. This role reports to the CAI Ecommerce, Director of Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence.
This role will serve as organizer, facilitator, analyst, and problem solver. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute to a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Immediate responsibilities will include defining and strategically managing the billing process, billing automation roadmap, and revenue management tactics of the Ecommerce solution. This position will also play a supporting role to the Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement ongoing project portfolio. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for giving formal presentations regularly to the Ecommerce Senior Leadership team (SLT).
Responsibilities:

Immediate responsibilities include managing and driving the automation roadmap of the current Ecommerce billing process, including discrepancy resolution, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations, ID revenue leakage, billing policies, internal controls, and audit.

Provides Strategic Process Design & Improvement support across organizational units.

Works collaboratively with business partners to identify change targets with potentially significant business impact; target areas may include:

Gathers and documents requirements for initial design and associated project management.

Provides thought leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, including resource estimation, milestone identification, team facilitation, change management, and reporting.

Ensures business models and processes are analyzed from multiple aspects, including inputs, outputs, and user and customer experience.

Engages with process owners/stakeholders to develop change recommendations, design testing strategies, and evaluate effectiveness of recommended approaches.

Supports process implementation through education, training, or facilitation.

Follows up to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field.

Full professional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel applications.

Excellent analytical skills required in a complex B2B2C Ecommerce environment with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Demonstrated experience in system and gap analysis.

Ability to design training and present to large audiences.

Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, startup-like environment amidst fluid priorities.
