Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Assessment and Recommendations:
- Thoroughly inspect and assess vehicles, providing expert recommendations for reconditioning and repairs.
- Utilize cost estimation techniques to determine repair expenses accurately.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring open and effective communication.
- Tailor services to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on vehicles to maintain high standards.
- Review and update condition reports and approve and audit vehicle repair reports.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, assisting in resolution.
Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to coordinate vehicle movement efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of reconditioning tasks, maintaining operational flow.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;
- OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
