Job Responsibilities:
- Sort all property removed from Detail Shop vehicles.
- Recycle, UpCycle, and Donate discarded property.
- Perform Quality Inspections on Completed Vehicles.
- Document the removal of Waste Material and EPA Compliance.
- Ensure proper use of waste facilities across location.
- Help to design processes to reduce carbon footprint and reduce material sent to landfill.
- Ensure proper, safe disposal of all chemical and solid waste across vehicle reconditioning services.
Who You Are
You’re incredibly organized and pay great attention to detail. You’re honest, dependable, and reliable. You’re able to communicate effortlessly with team members, as well as with internal leadership.
Minimum Requirements for Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Blood Borne Pathogen / Hazardous Waste Material experience a plus.

To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is $17.26 - $25.91/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
