The Software Engineer-II writes and maintains code within applications and systems to implement capabilities and features, improve performance and maintainability, while reducing technical debt in alignment with product and technology roadmaps. The Software Engineer plays a role in Agile ceremonies and be part of a team sharing knowledge as well as following directions from the Lead Engineer/Solution Architect.
Qualifications:

Strong at maintaining existing software on JAVA full stack.

Strong experience in software application development and maintenance.

Working experience in design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, high-volume software systems and components, client-facing web applications, and major Internet-oriented applications and systems

Working experience realizing applications from conception and design, to implementation and support

Working experience in coding within multiple technology stacks (e.g. Front-end: browser and device typically using common client-side technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Back-end: server, application, database using languages like PHP, Python, Ruby)

Working experience with application lifecycle methodologies (e.g. agile, iterative)

Working experience in analysis, design and programming

Working experience with appropriate database technology

Working experience on AWS
-
Reports development experience

Nice to have experience with Kubernetes orchestration
MINIMUM :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
