Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales Support

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Sales Support to lead our Sales Support team and collaborate closely with the Director of Sales Support and Sales leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of both linear and digital advertising landscapes, and a passion for driving success in a fast-paced environment. As the Senior Manager, Sales Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns while providing exceptional support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Support team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure team success and individual growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Support to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales support processes and workflows.
  • Serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, and other internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our advertising fulfillment platforms, products, services, and industry trends to effectively support the sales team and address client needs.
  • Analyze campaign fulfillment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on advertising platforms, including cable TV networks and digital media channels, to provide guidance and support to the sales support team and clients.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, advertising operations, or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Deep knowledge of both linear and digital media advertising, fulfillment platforms, digital platforms, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales support tools.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
