As the Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence reporting to the Sr. Director, Analytics & Insights, you will lead the analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of relationship building, analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting expertise, and leadership skills to guide the team in delivering valuable insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


  • Direct the activities of the Analytics and Insights COE and Enterprise team, offering expert guidance and astute prioritization to align with organizational objectives

  • Guide the team in the execution of complex analytics projects, ensuring the delivery of compelling and actionable insights to a diverse array of stakeholders

  • Engage proactively with COE and enterprise leaders, cultivating strong relationships while gaining insights into business strategies, objectives, and priorities

  • Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and statistical analyses and employ predictive analytics to inform decision-making with stakeholders

  • Apply advanced analytical thinking to raw data and available to create compelling visualizations to craft narratives that effectively communicate insights derived from data, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization

  • Assess and consult with leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs, operations, and goals to provide strategic guidance that influences decision-making at all levels

  • Introduce new methodologies and technology and research methodologies to continually improve the delivery and user experience of data analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholder, HR, and technology teams to create and enhance data models ensuring they seamlessly align with the evolving requirements of advanced analytics within the organization

  • Strategically structure requests and leverage statistical testing and experimental design methodologies to ensure the most efficient execution of stakeholder demands in determining the impact of organizational actions 

  • Ensure the delivery of HR metrics, analyses, and trends that strategically support HR needs such as succession planning, workforce plans, hiring strategies, workforce reorganization, compensation studies, ID&E progress, manager effectiveness, market baselining analytics, etc.; facilitating more informed and impactful decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and security

  • Create analyses and automations using a combination of tools and languages including SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau and Workday

Qualifications and Experience :


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in management or leadership role with a proven ability to effectively lead, mentor, and develop team members

  • Experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or related field

  • Demonstrated proficiency in consultative skills, showcasing the ability to effectively advise and guide stakeholders towards optimal solutions

  • Ability to use tools such and languages including SQL and Python


Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.


The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
