The Change Enablement Senior Analyst works as part of the Cox Automotive Product & Technology Group (CAPTG) Change Enablement team, focused on developing and implementing change management strategies for enterprise impacting CAPTG programs and projects. The candidate will engage with Product and Technology team members, leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of changes impacting ways of working, employee and stakeholder experience, and delivery outcomes for the business.


What You’ll Do

  • Apply change management methodologies and tools in developing change strategies and tactics that get to ‘the why’ and compel people to action.
  • Identify good practice and opportunities to enhance the CAPTG Change Enablement Playbook.
  • Provide a first-rate user experience for our team members and people leaders, equipping them with meaningful tools and practices that generate a desire to embrace and champion change.
  • Lead and execute activities that support change needs assessment and stakeholder analysis to inform change strategies and detailed plans.
  • Gather information from various subject matter experts and synthesize in a way that speaks to all thinking preferences (the what, the why, the how, the who).
  • Develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, engaging with business and functional leaders as well as end-user team member and people leader groups to help solve business problems.
  • Create milestones and timelines for deliverables and activities that support change adoption and sustainability, collaborating and partnering cross-functionally to deliver integrated results.
  • Manage the change deliverable review process to gain necessary approval(s) on key deliverables, review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and quality.
  • Provide support to a global organization with colleagues in multiple locations and time zones.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change enablement strategies and tactics to ensure stakeholder and employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in team and leader discussions, offering meaningful ideas and insights.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  •  A minimum of 4 years of experience in change, communications or training management.
  • Candidates with Change Management certification (i.e., Prosci) will be given priority review.
  • Proven success in coaching and guiding others through change initiatives, from ambiguity to adoption.
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects on a broad scale, self-manage and prioritize workload.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work teams and influencing outcomes through indirect people leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize direction, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize actions from a variety of stakeholders, often with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Can work flexibly with colleagues in multiple locations, over extended hours, as required.
  • Works efficiently and effectively under pressure in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with solid business and financial acumen.
  • Confident communicator, with effective presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Highly proficient with office productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot and Apps).
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction.

Drug Testing:

To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
