Description
The Endpoint Support Technician I provisions and maintains end-user computing devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and copy equipment), as well as video conference room technology. The Endpoint Support Technician I installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network problems for onsite and remote employees, escalating issues to the appropriate teams with accurate information, while providing technical guidance and oversight.
What You'll Do:
- Hardware/Software Installation: Install and manage devices, provide user training, and maintain asset records.
- Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance and 1st/2nd level support for device issues.
- Problem & Incident Management: Analyze and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and document solutions.
- Customer Service: Keep customers informed and ensure service meets SLAs.
- Technology Operations: Follow procedures, support operational tasks, and contribute to improvements.
Who You Are:
- Essential:
- High school diploma
- 3–5 years of experience in end-user support
- Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
- Familiarity with ticket systems, ITIL, change management, and Microsoft Office
- Desirable:
- Technical certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MCDST, ACSP)
- Associate's degree

Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $17.40 - $26.06/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
