Our Information Technology team is seeking an experienced candidate who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including but not limited to IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), SecOps, and the Integration Hub. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and integration capabilities. In addition, the candidate has demonstrable experience or knowledge of implementing a domain separation solution.
Responsibilities:

Provides expertise on decisions and priorities related to the enterprise’s overall systems architecture as it relates to ServiceNow

Packages IT elements into repeatable deployments using automation techniques and technologies.

Collaborates with other teams (IT DevOps, Security, and Operations) to develop detailed application implementation solutions for the ServiceNow platform

Architects, develops, builds, and implements highly secure, compliant, resilient, cost-effective, and high-performing solutions for assigned groups or disciplines.

Performs application configuration, extension, integration, and performance tuning

Develops, builds, configures, customizes, integrates, and tests solutions.

Develops and delivers critical reporting metrics and insights related to the cost and utilization of ServiceNow

Ensures team-wide application of standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix, and systems management.

Collaborates with others to troubleshoot and resolve production, integration, or application issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (computer science, information technology and 8 years’ experience in a related field.

The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field

7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
-
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, AngualrJS, HTML, CSS, etc.) and ServiceNow application development best practices

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods

At least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation in the role of a lead architect
Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience in project management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
-
Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist are a strong plus
-
Proven understanding of ITIL practices
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $129,100.00 - $215,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
