Job Overview:
The Lead Solution Architect, for the ServiceNow Ecosystem, will partner with technology and the business to define and document the enterprise architecture solution to support the COX Automotive ServiceNow Enterprise Platform. The Lead Solution Architect will create the architectural vision and direction, develops enterprise and business architectures, provides advice and guidance, monitors emerging technologies, and ensures all solutions are aligned with the enterprise strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document the Architectural Guidance and Guardrails for Features and Epics.
- Create Artifacts related to each application under the ServiceNow Ecosystem.
- Participate in work planning events including leading design discussions, presenting demo solutions to leaders and key stakeholders.
- Help document and maintain Architecture decision records for the ServiceNow Ecosystem.
- Support and partner with the Product organization with key design and stakeholder decisions before development activities are performed.
- Partner with our Security Team members to ensure that security considerations and approvals are in place for solutions.
- Work closely with Release Train members to ensure the proper planning and Feature work is ready each quarter for the connected Scrum Teams to accept and start working.
- Collaborate with Architects across the enterprise as shared or dependent work comes to the Release Train.
- Partner with Engineering leaders within the team to ensure solutions are negotiated and vetted as a collective team.
Qualifications:
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 6 years’ of related experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years’ experience in a related field.
- 3+ years with ServiceNow architecture experience.
- 5+ years Working experience in full development life cycle and experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification required.
- 1+ years’ cloud integration experience at large platform, enterprise-level, preferably AWS
- Experience presenting Design concepts / strategy to key business leaders (up to C-level) / stakeholders
Preferred
- Familiar with extended ServiceNow Store Integrations and installing, designing and modeling the integrations between them.
- Experience with the CSDM (Common Services Data Model) Model and IT4IT framework
- Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics
- ServiceNow Certified Developer Certification
- At least 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
