CAMFS is currently hiring a Client Relationship Specialist to join our Client Relationship Support team to support the future growth of the Company. The (CAMFS) Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for assisting the Client Relationship Support Team to grow the business through excellent customer service, follow-up, and integrity. They will work with minimal supervision, focusing on our internal and external customers including our supervisors and management team.

Job and Responsibilities:
- Daily inspections are being assigned and completed in a timely manner or documented as to why they were not completed.
- Follow up with the teams to assure that all follow up repairs are being completed timely.
- Work with teams and customer to assist with units being moved for access to inspect/repair.
- Work with teams and our customer to troubleshoot any issues that arise with a job/lot.
- Work with the REACH program to input the repairs each technician completed for the event so the event can be marked as repaired and completed. *The process is currently undergoing testing to use the FSM SaleForce system*
- Work with the call center team on 3rd party vendor requests, tires request, and towing.
- Work with our Cox shops as well as our ‘3P’ shops to resolve any parts issues.
- Being cross trained to all positions of the department
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Other systems within Cox like MobileFrame and SaleForce will be taught to you as well!
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; or 7 years’ experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint
- Experience in heavy-duty/Diesel field highly preferred
- ERP Experience preferred.
Drug Testing:
To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $26.06 - $39.13/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
