The Change Enablement Sr Analyst is responsible for driving the successful adoption of process, system, and operational changes across Central Dispatch and Ready Logistics. This role partners cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Training, Quality, and Compliance teams to assess change impacts, develop enablement strategies, and ensure effective implementation.
The position supports onboarding, training delivery, SOP/QRG development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agent performance, improve customer experience, and maintain operational consistency. This role also ensures timely communication, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of key business initiatives.
· Provides Change Enablement support across a range of initiatives, projects, and cross-functional
teams.
· Translate project requirements into clear objectives and actionable tasks
· Communicate major milestones and identify potential risks
· Schedule and facilitate project readiness sessions to keep stakeholders informed of progress,
developments, and challenges
· Leads delivery of routine and standard projects, ensuring alignment with change enablement best
practices.
· Conducts impact assessments to evaluate readiness for change and identify key stakeholders.
· Partners with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate change
resistance.
· Ensures change enablement activities are fully integrated into overall project plans.
· Defines and tracks success metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives.
· Develop communication materials and resources to support change implementation, training, and
knowledge sharing.
· Plans and deliver training sessions for impacted users and stakeholders to drive adoption and
readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
