Primary Responsibilities
· Resolve critical and complex facility issues escalated from technicians, customers, and contractors.
· Manage medium to large facility projects.
· Lead and evaluate facility-related design and construction projects.
· Manage energy conservation programs and track utility usage and costs.
· Investigate incidents and facilitate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Manage project schedules and budgets.
· Identify and evaluate vendors for facility services and repairs.
· Consult management regarding environmental, health and safety (EHS) matters.
· Manage emergency preparedness, contractor safety, environmental compliance, and operational safety programs.
· Support business continuity and uptime assurance processes.

Work Environment
Works across buildings, grounds, and facilities while coordinating repairs, contractors, projects, and safety-related activities. May respond to equipment failures, facility emergencies, and operational outages as needed.
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
