Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for an OEM Compliance Coordinator to join our team.
The OEM Compliance Coordinator is a member of the Managed Services team who reports to the Manager, Advertising Operations and supports the team in several capacities. The OEM Compliance Coordinator will fulfill monthly case work across a broad client portfolio. The OEM Compliance Coordinator will interface with both internal and external parties ensuring their web advertising meets all requirements and guidelines set forth by the brand. The Compliance Coordinator will serve as a subject matter expert for standard vehicle brands.
Your role:
Perform preliminary website compliance audits to correct issues before being submitted to third-party.
Independently manage & submit monthly OEM Compliance submissions of dealership digital marketing materials to third-party auditors.
Troubleshoot website compliance issues with 3rd party agencies.
Communicates internally or with clients on compliance issues, including steps for remediation.
Log monthly recording & tracking of ongoing compliance issues.
Work with other teams (MS C&C, OEM Services, IDT, PM, Support) to resolve compliance issues.
Build up subject matter expertise on assigned brand(s) to serve as a point of truth across multiple teams.
Limited client interaction, both written (email) and verbal (phone).
Participate in trainings and workshops as assigned by Management.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum-
High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience:
OR Any level College degree with 3 years of relevant work experience OR 7 years of relevant work experience
Proven customer service skills
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills (using English)
Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Time Management & Prioritization
Learning in a fast-paced environment
Work independently and as part of a team
Preferred-
OEM Compliance, Managed Services, and/or Dealer.com Support experience is strongly preferred.
Drug Testing:
To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
