This role plays a critical part in driving adoption of business process, system, and organizational changes by ensuring employees are prepared, supported, and engaged throughout the change journey.

Working closely with business leaders, project teams, and functional partners, the Senior Manager develops and executes change strategies that align with business objectives and enable successful adoption of new ways of working. This role partners closely with Learning & Development teams to identify learning needs, define learning strategies, and coordinate execution plans that support change readiness and adoption; however, the role does not design, develop, or manage learning programs.

The ideal candidate brings strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and translate business objectives into practical change plans that drive measurable outcomes.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that support successful implementation of business, process, and technology changes.

  • Partner with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to assess organizational impacts and adoption risks.

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development partners to identify capability gaps, align learning strategies to business needs, and coordinate learning execution plans that support change adoption.

  • Advise initiative leaders on change enablement best practices and effective approaches to stakeholder engagement and adoption.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.

  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions to support alignment and successful change outcomes.

  • Support leadership sponsorship activities by equipping leaders with the tools, messaging, and resources needed to lead change effectively.

  • Monitor change readiness, adoption metrics, and business outcomes, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and mitigate risks.

  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and potential barriers to adoption.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and help resolve competing priorities that may impact initiative success.

  • Provide regular updates regarding change progress, adoption performance, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change enablement/change readiness methodologies, tools, templates, and frameworks.

  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
