The Business Process Design & Improvement Analyst II - Training (CAI Inventory Solutions) is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training programs that build and sustain the capability of Manheim's title operations workforce. This role partners with the Senior Manager of Business Process Design & Improvement to set training strategy and curriculum direction, then independently develops and delivers learning content — virtual and in-person — to domestic title operations staff and the offshore (LSC) team. The Analyst leverages AI-enabled tools to accelerate content development, personalize learning paths, and reduce time-to-proficiency. The Analyst also uses operational data to

identify capability gaps, recommends focused development, and ensures training content remains current with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum Design & Development: Build the training content and learning experiences that prepare the title operations workforce to perform consistently and accurately.

• Co-develop training strategy and curriculum direction with the Sr Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement.

• Design and develop training content for new hire onboarding, continuing education, and role-specific certifications across domestic and offshore (LSC) teams.

• Translate process documentation, regulatory requirements, and engineered standards into clear, learner-ready content.

• Refresh and maintain training materials to reflect changes in policy, technology, and operational practice.

Training Delivery: Deliver training that builds proficiency, confidence, and consistency across domestic and offshore audiences.

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires, tenured staff, and the offshore (LSC) team.

• Adapt delivery style to learner audience, time zone, and context (live cohort, self-paced, blended, on-the-job).

• Collaborate with managers and supervisors on reinforcing training in day-to-day operations.

AI-Enabled Content & Capability: Apply AI tools to accelerate content development, personalize learning, and improve outcomes.

• Use AI-enabled authoring tools to draft, refine, and localize training content efficiently.

• Pilot AI-driven learning experiences (e.g., adaptive learning paths, in-flow-of-work assistance) and recommend scale, adjust, or sunset.

• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities in the learning and development space.

Performance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Use data to identify capability gaps and improve training effectiveness over time.

• Define and track training KPIs, including time-to-proficiency, knowledge retention, and post-training performance.

• Analyze operational and quality data to identify training gaps and recommend focused interventions.

• Capture learner feedback and iterate on content, delivery, and learning paths based on what the data shows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, current, and operationally relevant.

• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and subject-matter experts to validate content accuracy.

• Coordinate with the Workforce Management and Industrial Engineering Analysts to align training with capacity plans and engineered standards.

• Support the Sr Manager in liaison work with the offshore (LSC) team for training-related follow-up.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or HS Diploma/GED and 8 years’ experience in a related field.

• Experience designing and delivering training to operational audiences, virtual and in-person.

• Experience training distributed teams across time zones, including offshore or nearshore audiences, preferred.

• Instructional design or adult learning experience preferred; strong operations experience can substitute.

Analytical & Operational Capabilities: Able to translate operational data into focused training interventions and measurable improvement.

• Comfortable working with KPIs, quality data, and performance metrics to identify capability gaps.

• Attention to detail and the ability to translate complex policy and process content into accurate, learner-ready material.

• Proven ability to manage multiple training workstreams concurrently.

Technology & Tools: Comfortable in a modern training and operations technology environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.

Communication & Influence: Capable of teaching, coaching, and influencing across audiences and levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.

• Able to build credibility quickly with operators, managers, and offshore partners.

• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and using it to improve content and delivery.

Professionalism & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and team building.

• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a bias for action.

• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
