🎲 What You’ll Be Doing
Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds).
Promoting Manheim’s top-tier products and services.
Helping dealers prep vehicles for auction — in-lane and online.
Consulting on pricing, reconditioning, and bidding strategies.
Solving problems, answering questions, and being the friendly face our clients count on.
🃏 Who You Are
You’re sharp, adaptable, and ready to roll with the punches. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep things smooth under pressure — just like a Vegas pro.
Minimum:
A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.
A valid driver’s license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.
Preferred:
1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
Previous experience in sales support role.

Drug Testing:
To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
