Job Expectations:
- Perform general groundskeeping throughout the property.
- Maintain the facility and surrounding areas clean, safe, and presentable.
- Pick up trash and debris from parking lots, auction lanes, and common areas.
- Assist with landscaping, pressure washing, and general exterior maintenance.
- Perform basic facility maintenance and minor repairs.
- Assist Maintenance Tech II and other team members with projects as needed.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Identify and report safety or maintenance concerns
- Must be dependable, responsible, and a team player.
- Must have a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years of related work experience.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Someone who is hardworking, dependable, hands-on, and takes pride in keeping our facility clean and well maintained.
- The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing to learn new maintenance skills and grow within the Facilities department.
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
