Job Duties
- All responsibilities of New Call/Follow Up Dispatcher I & II.
- Handle the day to day operational needs of the Major Events as defined by most current major event requirements.
- Ability to accurately handle at highest level of service: High dollar amount repair approvals and service provider payouts, internal and customer approvals, emailing documents, pictures, handling serious situations such as Accidents (including fatalities), Police Impounds, High level equipment recoveries, various customer campaigns, etc.
- Ensure timely response for repairs and/or other customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly and accurately.
- Ensure estimates are handled timely and accurately.
- Ensure COD payment of invoices are handled timely and accurately.
- Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and co-workers.
- Consult with the Roadside Events Supervisor and/or Roadside Event Senior/Lead (If applicable) when issues arise.
- Ensure Customer Protocol is being followed per customer criteria at the highest possible level.
- Proactively update drivers, customers and service providers at all times.
- Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management.
- Project a positive image for FleetNet America with the internal and external customers and employees at all times.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED Certificate, required.
Experience: Minimum one year in previous role of New Call/Follow up Dispatcher II
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Proficient computer and phone skills required, including but not limited to fast typing skills, data entry, word processing, email. Job requires multitasking skills, ability to talk and type information at the same time)
Other Requirements: Flexibility with schedule. Great communication skills by phone, email and in person. Good computer skills and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects with a high volume of events retaining a high sense of urgency on all events handled. Good Team Player.

To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
