Job Summary:
Leads growth strategy for the DealShield portfolio, from market sizing and business case through commercialization and implementation, with P&L accountability for new products. Partners with commercial and field teams to support independent auction network expansion. Applies business intelligence and continuous improvement methods to scale. Leads and develops a team of 5.
Primary Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Owns multi-year growth strategy for the DealShield portfolio: market sizing, prioritization, and business case development.
Leads development, commercialization, and implementation of new DealShield products including Return Advantage and Seller Guarantee. Accountable for post-launch P&L.
Supports independent auction network growth through analysis, location economics, and onboarding readiness. Monitors partner profitability and addresses performance issues.
Leverages business intelligence to assess trends, surface cross-organizational issues, and recommend action. Applies Streamline360 methods to scale efficiently.
Leads, coaches, and develops a team of 5. Builds bench strength by delegating strategic scope, not execution.
Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 10 years of experience in a related field and at least 5 years in a management or lead role; or MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 8 years of experience in a related field; or Ph.D. in a related discipline with 5 years of experience in a related field.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $148,500.00 - $247,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
