As a Change Enablement Manager in People Solutions, you will serve as a strategic partner who helps people and teams move through transformation with clarity, confidence and purpose. You will design and execute change strategies that prepare, equip and support employees through technology adoption, process redesign, M&A integration, organizational restructuring and new ways of working. Working across a matrixed environment, you will collaborate and align with stakeholders to move initiatives from strategy to sustained adoption — improving the employee experience and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging structured change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR) while adapting with agility to meet the pace of business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Create structured change management strategies, plans and roadmaps that help people adapt to new ways of working while minimizing disruption and resistance.

  • Communications: Design, develop, deliver and manage communication plans and materials that help employees, leaders and stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters and how to take action.

  • Impact & Readiness: Lead change needs assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to inform change strategies, detailed plans and targeted actions.

  • Training Support: Shape training strategies and resources that help employees build confidence, strengthen skills and successfully adopt new ways of working.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to capture the voice of the employee, identify adoption risks and address resistance before it affects business outcomes.

  • Project Partnership: Partner with project teams to align on goals, success metrics and integrated plans that embed change management into project delivery.

  • Change Coach: Coach people leaders to communicate clearly, support their teams and lead through change with confidence.

  • Measurement: Define adoption metrics, track progress and adjust strategies to improve engagement, support behavior change and sustain outcomes beyond go-live.

  • AI-Enabled Change Enablement: Use AI-enabled tools, data and insights to improve change planning, stakeholder analysis, communications, training support, adoption measurement and sustainment strategies.

Essential Duties:

  • Apply change management methodologies and tools to create employee-centric strategies and tactics focused on adoption, utilization and proficiency.

  • Develop and execute communication plans for initiatives, including communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, one-pagers, videos, scripts and SharePoint sites.

  • Create milestones and timelines for deliverables and activities that support change adoption and sustainability, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver integrated results.

  • Manage the change deliverable review process to gain necessary approvals on key deliverables and review and edit documents for clarity, consistency and quality.

  • Define success metrics, measure and report on the effectiveness of change enablement strategies and tactics to ensure stakeholder and employee satisfaction.

  • Address resistance by planning and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective strategies/tactics.

  • Gather information from subject matter experts and synthesize it in a way that speaks to multiple thinking preferences, including the what, why, how and who.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to view change through the lens of the people experiencing it while balancing project goals and outcomes.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships, listen actively and work effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches and integrating change milestones into project plans.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to influence change decisions to guide and shape the direction of initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Industrial Psychology, Business (or related) and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.

  • 5 years of experience leading change management for complex programs or projects.

  • Ability to work independently, self-manage priorities and multiple concurrent projects on a broad scale.

  • Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable with solid business acumen.

  • Experience leading cross-functional work teams and influencing outcomes through indirect people leadership.

  • Ability to lead multiple change management workstreams and be accountable for performance and results.

  • Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables and manage change outcomes for small to mid-size projects.

  • Proven success bringing clarity to ambiguous, complex and cross-functional change initiatives

Preferred

  • Candidates with a change management certification, such as Prosci, will receive priority review.
