The Dealer Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for automotive dealers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the vehicle remarketing process. This position is responsible for building strong dealer relationships, assisting with auction and sales activities, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealer accounts.
- Serve as the main contact for dealer inquiries regarding vehicle sales, purchases, transportation, titles, arbitration, and account services.
- Proactively contact dealers to increase participation and sales performance.
- Provide support and guidance on auction platforms, online bidding tools, and company services.
- Monitor dealer activity and identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Assist dealers with registration, account maintenance, and service-related requests.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Titles, Arbitration, Transportation, and Sales to support dealer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and account activity.
- Meet or exceed established customer service, sales, and retention goals.
- Participate in dealer outreach initiatives, promotions, and other sales campaigns.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of customer service, account management, sales support, or dealership-related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Automotive industry, dealership, or vehicle auction experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle remarketing and auction operations.
- Experience with CRM systems and dealer account management.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
