- Efficiently manage the acquisition of titles of the resolution of DealShield claims by utilizing various tools and platforms to cross-reference, research and report on title information.
- Foster effective and regular communication with internal and external clients such as DealShield, Arbitration, employees at Manheim physical sites, clients and floorplan company representatives.
- Collaborate with the Dealshield and Arbitration teams regarding risk cases.
- Respond efficiently to client inquiries related to DealShield/title transactions while providing quality service and effective problem resolution in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
- Effectively maintain both internal and external account relationships and promptly escalate any concerns to management for thorough review.
- Create and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets for tracking title status.
- Efficiently manage vehicle notes by reviewing, entering, and updating them in the system, while also monitoring shared email boxes and Teams channels to promptly research and respond to requests. Submit tickets to create a pre-receipt record in the vault.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally less than 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of automotive auction or dealership experience preferred.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Basic Excel skills to include data entry, filtering, sorting, etc. are preferred.
- Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
This is hybrid role and candidates must reside within driving distance of one of our Manheim locations.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
