- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, customers, and visitors by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring records, files, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, training assignments, and required documentation.
- Monitor employee training compliance and completion, ensuring all certifications, safety requirements, and company-mandated training remain current.
- Assist employees with equipment requests, issuance, tracking, replacement, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Coordinate communication between employees, supervisors, and management to support day-to-day operational needs.
- Maintain and organize fleet records, including vehicle assignments, registration renewals, maintenance schedules, fuel cards, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with fleet and operations teams to ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, documented, and available for business needs.
- Order, track, and maintain office, operational, safety, and employee supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels at all times.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents to support management decision-making and departmental performance monitoring.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and provide administrative assistance related to company programs and policies.
- Assist managers with scheduling, workforce planning, and coordination of operational activities to ensure efficient business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and company information.
- Demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety by following company policies and supporting safety initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Three (3) years of experience in office administration, operations support, customer service, human resources support, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required based on business needs.

To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.21/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
