Job Responsibilities:
- Keep vehicles organized and parked in the correct locations within your assigned area.
- Review daily work information from supervisors and company systems to determine which vehicles need to be moved and where they should go.
- Help improve safety and efficiency by identifying better ways to move and organize vehicles.
- Move vehicles safely to the correct locations so work can be completed efficiently and unnecessary vehicle moves are avoided.
- Check that vehicles can be driven safely. Report vehicles that cannot be driven and arrange for service or towing when needed.
- Apply sale and routing labels to vehicles to ensure they can be easily identified and sent to the correct destination.
- Communicate with supervisors, crew leaders, and managers about vehicle inventory levels and help determine movement priorities.
- Demonstrate company values by treating customers and coworkers with professionalism and respect.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to workplace conduct and customer interactions.
- Follow all safety rules and serve as a positive example of safe work practices.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
‘Nice to Have’ but we will train you as needed:
- Basic mechanical skills such as, but not limited to: jump starting a car, adding air to a tire, and identifying fuel level in a car.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Basic technology skills such as, but not limited to: using Microsoft Outlook for emails, using mobile devices, and using two-way radios.
Physical Requirements
- Required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear, vision abilities required to include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
- Must be able to walk long distances.
Work Environment
- Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
