We design, build, and maintain a modern cloud-based data platform that serves as the foundation for reporting, analytics, data products, and AI-driven solutions across our business.
As a Data Engineer II, you will play a key role in advancing our data ecosystem by designing, building, and optimizing scalable data solutions that transform raw data into trusted, analytics-ready assets. You will partner with engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver data products that drive business outcomes while helping evolve our data platform and engineering practices.

- Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to transform business requirements into reliable, maintainable data products.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, observability, and operational efficiency through continuous optimization and automation.
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex data issues.
- Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, technical design discussions, documentation, and adoption of best practices.
- Mentor and support other engineers while helping evaluate new technologies and approaches that improve data delivery capabilities.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, and 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience supporting data warehouse or data-focused projects involving ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes, including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, mapping, and migration activities.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting production data pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL for data transformation, integration, and analytics workloads.
- Experience working with cloud-based data, analytics, or software platforms.
- Experience using source control and collaborative software development practices.
Preferred
- Experience with modern data warehousing, dimensional modeling, Data Vault, or similar data architecture methodologies.
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, or related cloud data technologies.
- Experience developing data products, semantic models, or self-service analytics solutions.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting and automation technologies.
