I worried about how I could possibly continue to prioritize my son’s needs while staying focused on work, especially when I knew how much I’d miss him.   

But my manager never let me navigate it alone. I was given grace as I stepped back into my work, emotional and still adjusting to being away from my son for the first time. I had the flexibility to work from home when I needed to pump, and I always felt supported whenever I needed to step away for doctor’s appointments or the inevitable daycare sickness. 

I’ve never felt like I had to choose between being a great mom and a great leader. Cox makes it possible to be both.
