What is a co-op?

Cox’s Co-op program is a long-term, structured experience that’s often built into students’ academic schedules. You’ll typically alternate between full-time work and full-time classes, gaining experience over multiple semesters.

How to apply for a co-op at Cox

Our campus recruiting process for co-ops runs year-round, with primary application windows in September and February when most roles are posted.
