The interview process will vary based on the division of Cox and the role you’re interviewing for. In general, it includes multiple rounds, such as recruiter interviews, hiring manager interview, panel interviews, etc.
As an intern or co-op at Cox, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fun, collaborative and caring environment. You will help our teams tackle real-world problems, producing work that not only makes an impact on our business, but also enhances your skills and helps make the world more connected, mobile and sustainable. Internships are only offered for the summer session. Recruitment for interns begins in the late fall/early spring for the following summer internship cycle. Co-ops take part in three alternate semesters of work on a full-time, year-round basis.

The summer internship program usually has two start dates: late May and early June. The co-op program start dates align to the start of the academic semester in which you’ll be doing your co-op rotation.
LEAD has 2 program classes per year in January and June. Our recruiting seasons are in the Fall (September – mid-November) and Spring (January – March).
